Can I try before I purchase?
Yes, the Reader version enables limited functionality for trying out the software prior to purchase.
How many computers can a lisence be used on?
One CuePoints license can be installed on up to 2 machines. Only one machine can have CuePoints open at a time.
Are updates included in the cost?
If you're purchasing for the first time, we include 1 year of updates, upgrades & support. Once this has expired, you can choose to pay for the Annual plan for continued updates or just keep your current version of CuePoints and use it forever.
Is there student pricing?
We have tried to price our licence at a level that is accessible to all. If you are at an educational institution, speak to them about enrolling in our Educational solution.
Can I get VAT / Tax refunded?
After adding your address, the VAT option should appear, and you will be able to add your company information. If this option is not visible in your region, please purchase with tax included, and we can issue a tax refund afterwards. Just send your receipt and tax exemption certificate to assist@paddle.com.
