Avolites & Reaper

One export covers two very different products, because they read the same CSV: Avolites lighting software, and Reaper.

File > Export…, set up the cue types and tracks as described in Exporting to Consoles, and press Export to Avolites / Reaper CSV.

Reaper

Reaper reads the file as markers on the timeline.

1. In Reaper, open the Tools menu.

2. Choose Import Markers.

3. Pick the exported CSV.

Your cues appear as markers at their timecode positions.

Set the Reaper project's start timecode to match your track's offset first, or the markers will land as far down the timeline as your offset is large. See Exporting to Consoles.

Avolites

Import the CSV into Avolites using its own cue-import route, then trigger the cue list from the same timecode CuePoints is sending.

Whatever the show is running to, make sure the desk and CuePoints agree on frame rate as well as timecode. A cue list that arrives correctly but counts at a different rate drifts further out as the show goes on. See Timecode & Routing.
