Disguise
Export your cues to Disguise as cue table text files
CuePoints exports your cues to Disguise (d3) as cue table text files, which d3 reads as timeline markers.
File > Export…, set up the cue types and tracks as described in Exporting to Consoles, and press Export to Disguise.
One File Or Several
Individual File Per Track:
Off: one file containing every selected cue type across every selected track.
On: one file per track.
For d3 you almost always want on, because d3 matches a cue table to a track by its filename.
Two Things Must Be Exactly Right
The filename must be
trackName_cue_table.txt, wheretrackNamematches the d3 track name exactly: same spelling, same capitalisation. The files go in
d3 Projects\{ProjectFolder}\objects\table.
Get either of these wrong and d3 shows no cues at all, with nothing to tell you why. If your cues haven't appeared, check the filename and the folder before anything else.
The simplest way to avoid trouble is to name your CuePoints tracks the same as your d3 tracks from the beginning.
Loading Them
Put the text files in the objects\table folder, then open the project in d3. The cues appear on the matching tracks' timelines.
